Sometimes I just need to be by myself. I love being surrounded by people, and the energy they bring, but every so often I like to be alone to collect my thoughts and make decisions about how I feel about everything. What is weird is that I like being in a crowd by myself. I get a lot of my best thinking done that way. It gives me the energy of people having a good time without the obligation of entertaining.
When you interact with people you learn a lot about yourself. So go out, have some drinks, meet new people, and don’t be afraid to let loose. The goal is to be successful, but you will never make it there if you don’t know who you are.
Something that I have realized is that you can regret something you didn’t do just as much as something you did do. So don’t be so afraid to do something you feel is right for you. Everyone is going to doubt your motives, but if it feels right now, it probably will feel the same in the future. You can either do it and regret you did, or not do it and regret you didn’t. And who knows, you might do it, you love it, and it defines who you become in an amazing way. Just make sure that with everything you do, you do it for you, not them.

“Sensor pads in the ground start and stop 8 bar loops of music. Each pad is a different loop and when the giraffes gather for feeding time, they make music as they walk around and eat.”

ASHFALL Mixed Media // Logo . Identity. Branding
Here is a logo and branding design prototype my company did for Ashfall Mixed Media. This company is owned and operated by two amazing people who believe that photography should be organic and capture the sense of place and culture within the contents of the scene.
The rose in this logo depicts the organic nature of their manifesto while the vintage camera portrays their sense of taste and experience. The two images together provide a full composition that is inviting and relatable.
